The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users, except as described below regarding the use of Apple’s iCloud service for data storage.

Information We Do Not Collect: The App does not collect, store, or process any personal information, such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers, unless explicitly provided by you through iCloud as described below.
Use of iCloud for Data Storage: The App uses Apple’s iCloud service to allow you to store and sync data created within the App (e.g., notes, preferences, or other user-generated content). This data is stored securely in your iCloud account, which is managed and protected by Apple. We do not have access to, collect, or process this data. Data You Provide: Any data you input into the App (e.g., notes or files) is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced to your iCloud account. We do not access, store, or share this data. You are responsible for managing the data stored in your iCloud account.
Third-Party Services: The App does not integrate with any third-party services or analytics tools that collect data, except for Apple’s iCloud as described above.
Data Sharing: We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any personal data from you.
Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the App and ensure it operates securely. However, since no data is collected or stored by us, the security of your iCloud data is managed by Apple. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication for your Apple ID to protect your iCloud account.
Children’s Privacy: The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided data through iCloud, please contact Apple to manage the data in their iCloud account.
Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and, if required, through the App or other means.
